Note to Our Community (November 2024):

AI@NU delivers weekly newsletters during the academic year to keep our community informed of all AI-related happenings across campus. Unfortunately, sometimes our messages end up in the spam/junk folder. We have been monitoring this issue, and it has been reported to Microsoft.

The AI@NU community can also take action to ensure the safe delivery of our emails! If you see a message from us in your junk folder, here’s what you can do to report it as a false-positive:

  1. In Outlook on the web, go to the Junk Email folder and find the message that was incorrectly marked as junk.
  2. Right-click the message, and then click Mark as not junk.
  3. In the Report as not junk dialog, click Report.

While you may need to take these steps several times, the instructions listed above will help to re-train the Microsoft algorithm to understand content from ai@northwestern.edu is not junk/spam.
